Process flow of equipment

The technological process of the vertical mill is scientific. It mainly includes crushing, grinding, grading and powder collecting.

Crushing raw ore with crusher;

the material moves around the grinding plate and enters the grinding roller table under the action of centrifugal force. The material is crushed by extrusion under the action of roller pressure, grinding and shearing.

At the same time, the hot air is ejected from the air ring around the grinding plate at high speed and evenly, and the ground material is blown up by the high-speed air flow at the air ring. On the one hand, the coarse-grained materials are blown back to the grinding plate for regrinding, on the other hand, the suspended materials are dried, and the fine powder is brought into the classification machine by hot air for classification.

The qualified fine powder flows out of the mill with the gas and is collected by the dust collection equipment to be the product.
