1.Raymond mill+classifier

Raymond mill crush and smash the material with rollers under low speed rotation. When producing powder under 400 mesh, Raymond mill has obvious advantages in investment cost and energy consumption.

2.Dry stirred mill+classifier

Dry stirred mill also called stirred ball mill. The mill is in drum shape, the stirring shaft in the mill drives the material and medium to grind. Supporting by classifier, the mill is able to produce 1250-2500 mesh product. But, for really high pollution and energy consumption, the equipment and technology is being weeded out.

3.Vibration mill+classifier

Vibration mills crush the material with high-frequency vibration. The mill is suitable for 1250 mesh or finer powder processing.

4.Vertical mill+classifier

The working mechanism of vertical mill is similar to Raymond mill, but the rollers of vertical mill has high hydraulic pressure technology. So the grinding force of vertical mill is 10 times higher than Raymond mill, the grinding efficiency is much higher than Raymond mill.
