Desulfurization gypsum powder production line refers to the industrial by-product gypsum obtained by combustion desulfurization purification. Desulfurization gypsum powder is different from general gypsum powder, which contains silica, sodium oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfite, limestone, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, etc. Compared with other gypsum powder, FGD gypsum powder has the characteristics of renewable, small particle size, stable composition, less harmful impurities and high purity.




Power plant desulfurization powder production line mainly uses lime powder to react with flue gas to eliminate sulfur dioxide in flue gas. Lime powder production to use calcium hydroxide production line, ash machine and grinding machinery. Generally, the fineness of lime powder with 200 mesh or 325 mesh is enough for power plant flue gas desulfurization.




In this process, limestone slurry is used as absorbent to wash the flue gas in the absorption tower and react to remove SO2 in the flue gas. The calcium sulfite produced by the reaction is oxidized into calcium sulfate (gypsum) containing two crystal water by forced oxidation, and then ground to produce gypsum powder.
