The working principle of the equipment mainly includes crushing, grinding, grading and powder collection. At the same time, the hot air is ejected from the air ring around the disc at high speed and even upward, and the material after grinding is blown up by the high-speed air flow at the wind ring. On the one hand, the coarse-grained material is blown back to the grinding plate for grinding again, on the other hand, the suspended material is dried, and the fine powder is carried into the grading machine by hot air for grading. The qualified fine powder flows out of the mill with the same gas, and it is the product collected by the dust collection equipment.
